Not what I expected

I'll just be honest, this is not a fragrance for me, it felt so dull in the opening, I tried to wrap my head around how people like it. However, the dry down is better than the opening, but it's still very dull. It's a very dull fragrance, I don't know how to explain it. It's not a terrible scent, maybe someone one will beg to differ but like I said, for me it's just not it.
