RETURN POLICY

-In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, please return unopened and unused merchandise in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund

-Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds on cosmetics, hair care and skincare items. Please make your selections carefully. 

-If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the product back to the address below in its original packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of us receiving your returned product. 

-Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

-In the event of a refund on a purchase that received a free gift, the gift must be returned as well and must be in good condition to qualify for a full refund.

-If the return is a result of our error, your shipping costs will be refunded, as well. Rio Perfumes will not be responsible for insufficient address and packages returned to sender.

Returns may only be shipped directly to the Rio Perfumes  warehouse at the address below.

Yes, the customers are required to pay for any items returned to us. We may refund shipping costs if the return is a result of Rio Perfumes error.

 

DAMAGE CLAIMS

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.

Cancellations

In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

  1. To return any goods, a receipt/ till slip or gift receipt must be produced.
  2. Should you wish to exchange or return goods purchased within 14 days, we will exchange them or, if you are returning the goods, accept them and reverse the transaction and give you a refund in the form of a Gift card, provided that:

2.1 The goods have not been worn and/or unused with the original, sealed packaging and tags attached;

2.2 The goods are in a saleable condition;

2.4 Gift vouchers will not be refunded; and

  1. Three Months return policy for defective goods

3.1 We may be able to repair or exchange defective merchandise provided proof of purchase is produced.

3.2 We will accept return of the defective goods and reverse the transaction and refund you in the form of a Gift card provided proof of purchase is produced.

  1. Refund or exchange merchandise, appliances and electrical products

4.1. We will refund or exchange merchandise, appliances and electrical products provided that:

  • there is valid proof of purchase;
  • it is within 14 days of purchase;
  • it is in its original packaging or condition, i.e.:
    • it is unused and the price tag is attached.

 

4.2 Appliances and electrical products will be repaired, replaced or refunded subject to the manufacturer / supplier warranties, provided that:

  • the product was used in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms of use and there is no evidence of structural damage or abuse;
  • the original components and accessories are also returned; and
  • the original plug has not been tampered with.
  1. Online Purchases

5.1 You can choose to return or exchange your item at our store.

5.2 If the item is faulty or damaged, you can contact our Customer Care team on 011 834 1730  as soon as possible.

  1. Order cancellations for Online Purchases

6.1 No cancellations of Orders or any changes thereto will be accepted, and the Goods will be delivered to the Delivery Address supplied in the Order.

6.2 You should verify that your Order is accurate before you submit it. You will, however, be able to return Goods under the Returns Policy.

6.3 If we cannot reach you using the contact details you provided in the Order, after having made reasonable attempts to contact you, we will cancel the Order and refund any money paid in the same method used to pay for it.

6.4 Delivery Fees will be charged if you return Goods for change of mind or you made an incorrect selection, including if you ordered the incorrect size, colour etc.

6.5 Goods can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and the Returns Policy.

6.6 Rio Perfumes will process any refunds within a reasonable time of agreeing to do so.

6.7 Credit card Refunds may take up to 14 - 21 working days.

6.8 If the original payment was made:

6.8.1on a credit card, refunds will be processed on the same card as the original payment was made.

6.9 Same Day Delivery Goods can only be returned at our store.
